From smoky BBQ to classic carnival favorites, we've curated a lineup of concessions that'll keep you fueled all weekend long. Whether you're craving bold flavors, something sweet, or an ice-cold float — we've got your taste buds covered.

How can I apply to be a vendor at the Bullhead City Balloon Festival?

To apply as a vendor, please complete the Vendor Inquiry Form on our website. After submission, a team member will review your inquiry and contact you with further details.

What types of vendors are you looking for?

We welcome a variety of vendors, including food and beverage, arts and crafts, merchandise, and informational booths. We aim to offer a diverse range of products and services to our attendees.

What are the fees for vendor spaces?

Vendor fees vary based on size of the space. Booths start at $250.00.

What is included with the vendor space rental?

Each vendor space includes the designated space. Additional amenities (power) may be available for an extra fee — this is TBD.

What are the setup and teardown times for vendors?

Vendors can set up starting Wednesday, October 28th and October 29th from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Teardown must be completed by Noon on November 1st.

Are there any specific requirements for food vendors?

Yes, food vendors must comply with all local health department regulations and obtain any necessary permits. Proof of insurance is also required — additional details are located in the supporter agreement.

Can I choose my vendor location?

Vendor locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and based on the type of product or service you offer. Special location requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Will there be security provided for vendor areas?

Yes, we will have security personnel on-site throughout the festival to ensure the safety of vendors and attendees. However, vendors are responsible for securing their own merchandise and equipment.

Will there be parking available for vendors?

Yes, designated parking areas will be available for vendors. You will receive information about parking logistics closer to the event.

How will the festival be promoted?

The Bullhead City Balloon Festival will be promoted through various channels, including social media, print, radio, and community opportunities.
